Deep Cleaning
Every so often and/or after a long reservation, it is highly recommended to conduct a though, deep scrub. These deep cleanings focus on targeting the hard-to reach places. Extra love and attention is dedicated to your appliances, furniture, fans, baseboards, etc. Attention to detail is key and we pride ourselves on noticing the unnoticed.
Refresh Cleaning
Need a touch-up refresh prior to guests checking in? We will dust, wipe counters, fluff bedding, and circulate fresh air so your guests get the best possible experience. Recommended if the property remains empty for 4+ days; can be scheduled automatically or upon request.
Waste Management
Having trouble coordinating with the city garbage’s hours and limitations? No worries – Goldnest Waste Manager will take care of it. We’ll come once a week to empty your bins. Supply
Our supply and service truck will be onsite at every check-out to ensure your place is fully stocked with amenities for your guests: soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. By buying in bulk, we can provide our customers with the best competitive prices. Quality Inspections
Our detail-oriented in-house inspectors will take a fine-toothed comb to ensure your property is impeccable and ready for guests! NOTE: Inspections will be conducted the day after a cleaning is complete. Cleanings with check-out and check-in on the same day cannot be inspected due to time limitations.
