Project Management and Hands-on team
All the little things that are a must when renting are done for you, including assembly of all furniture, installing all smart devices (cameras, locks, thermostat), managing any renovations or other projects, stocking all supplies, hanging all decor, cleaning the house post set up, professional photography and getting the house ready up to the first guest checking in! if you wish, you don’t need to be present at any point of the process; we’ll handle it all!
